This paper reports the results of a structural validity evaluation of the "DX Promotion Index" using the 293 self-diagnosed data collected by the Information-technology Promotion Agency, Japan. As a result of confirmatory factor analysis, the structural validity of the DX Promotion Index in its original structure has confirmed. As a result of exploratory factor analysis, a two-factor model was derived in which the indices related to management and IT systems were distinguished. In addition, a four-factor model was derived in which the indices related to the management of the two-factor model was divided into three. The structural validity of the four-factor model has also confirmed. This study showed the possibility of organizing the DX Promotion Index as a four-factor model.
