Changes in the use of cashless payments due to a pandemic of Coronavirus, and a survey of attitude toward a contact reduction

Abstract

With the spread of new coronavirus infection, our lifestyle is changing. Under these circumstances, daily consumption activities and accompanying payment methods are changing. In other words, the risk of infection through cash is taken into consideration, and contactless cashless payment is drawing attention. In this report, we analyze the trend of cashless payment utilization rate and survey the awareness of infection control in cashless payment.
