Abstract

In this study, employee self-esteem is measured by three factors: organization-based self-esteem, general authenticity, and general superiority. The impact of the three factors and organizational factors on workplace output is analyzed. Data were gathered from employees using internet survey. The results showed that organizational factors had positive impacts on quality of products and services, and organization-based self-esteem and general authenticity had positive impacts on helping behavior.
