The survey of Factors to Increase Motivation to UIJ-turn for New Graduates Job Hunting

Abstract

This study clarifies the factors that improve the willingness of job seekers (new graduates) to make a UIJ turn. The purpose of this study is to present a policy proposal to local governments that will lead to the attraction of new graduates. Although there is an accumulation of studies on UIJ-turn for job changers, there are few studies on new graduates. This study focuses on students who have recently graduated and are looking for jobs, which is the youngest group among the working-age population and attempts to clarify the factors necessary to promote migration to local areas accompanied by employment. Students are divided into two groups, those who are interested in UIJ-turn and those who are not, and the differences in their awareness are analyzed.
