However, as citizens and residents (users), it is not possible to receive optimal services in a timely manner without being aware of the government and local governments. There are various causes, but one of them is that digital technology cannot be used properly due to organizational wall problems and human resources problems.
In this session report, we will discuss the data literacy issue of government and local government employees, and describe the prospects for DS education (data science) scheduled to be implemented in various curriculums.
