Abstract

Japan's robo-advisor service was launched in 2016, and three companies are representative services, but among them, the growth of WealthNavi is overwhelming. The three services were analyzed through data comparison, hearings, and student questionnaires. As a result, WealthNavi's growth factors are considered to be awareness, service development capabilities, alliance strategies with other companies, efforts to improve financial literacy, and the appropriateness of growth strategies.
