Consideration on system optimization of corporate expense payment

Abstract

In recent years, it is said that procedures related to expenses within a company are complicated. On the other hand, a new system for expense management has been born. In this report, we will investigate the payment system of the expenses currently used in the company, targeting the companies with the head office and factories in Shizuoka prefecture. Then, consider what factors are needed to move from the legacy system of expense management to the latest system.
