Abstract

More and more companies are adopting the subscription model. One reason for this is the change in consumer values and consumer behavior. Research has been conducted to analyze appropriate fee structures and business models, as well as consumer usage intentions and churn. The purpose of this study is to identify the consumer profile that influences subscription model churn. Data will be collected through a questionnaire survey, categorized by characteristics, and analyzed. Based on the results, measures to reduce the churn rate of the subscription model will be discussed.
