With the progress in the IoT technology, consumers start using IoT-enabled devices and services at home. However, they are not widely disseminated since they have both positive and negative aspects for consumers. This study extends the technology acceptance model and tries to clarify factors of how IoT-enabled devices/services are accepted and their causal structure. From the structural equation modeling, we identified that perceived usefulness and perceived trustworthiness positively affect attitude towards IoT devices/services and attitude then positively affects intention to use. The findings will be beneficial when companies that provide IoT-enabled devices/services develop marketing strategy of these devices/services.
