Management for Slightly Vulnerable Person

Considerations from Abandonment Anxiety

Abstract

This paper discusses the management of "slightly vulnerable person" who are able to work but have concerns about their relationships, mental and physical health, and other issues. A vicious cycle is formed in which strong person who "cling to successful patterns" perform management for strong person, and slightly vulnerable person who "try to adjust expectations excessively" try to adjust excessively to the management. And behind such strong person and slightly vulnerable person exists the abandonment anxiety. Therefore, in order to resolve the vicious cycle, a place that accepts these people's thoughts and feelings is considered important.
