An approach to Business plate Dynamics for Business model Design.

Abstract

This paper approached to methodology for building of new business model by corporations. I proposes a method for designing, named “ Reverse Z method ". This model has four plate components : ①efficiency, ②effectiveness, ③customer and ④value. These plates are colliding during for each plate as well as plates tectonics of earth. This transfer vector is generated energy of alterations for new business. This study is supported about plate dynamics of new business designing.
