Abstract

The purpose of this study is to clarify the causal relationships of the driving factors of digital transformation (DX). To explore the causal relationships, we analyzed survey data using LiNGAM. As a result of the analysis, it was found that organizational factors (psychological safety) and strategic factors (strategic intent) affect the outcome of DX through exploration. In addition, it was shown that organizational factors precede strategic factors.
