Abstract

In this paper, we consider effectiveness of KPIs or KGIs for local governments such as population increase rate, birth rate or amount of donation to hometown municipality induced by tax exemption and return of local gifts and then we propose new KPIs or KGIs for local governments and consider the role of information system to contribute those new KPIs or KGIs.
