In this paper, we construct a new theory that combines matching theory and the Graph Model for Conflict Resolution (GMCR). Specifically, the GMCR is constructed based on a model in which three players and three teams are matched by the immediate acceptance method. The GMCR we created had three teams as decision makers (DMs), and eight states were set based on how they expressed their preferences for players. Stability analyses were conducted on the GMCR, and found that states 1 and 3 were equilibria with respect to the stability concepts of Nash, GMR, SMR, and SEQ. States 5 and 7 were equilibria for GMR and SMR. For Team 2, all states were stable with respect to all stability concepts except for Nash of state 4.
