The purpose of this paper is to clarify the effect of graduate network on job matching in engineering college students. So far job matching has been discussed what type of social ties affects the job matching. Focusing on the graduate network, this paper analyzed how graduate network is interpreted and used by students in their job matching process. As result, engineering students take advantage of graduate networks in job searching and matching, especially for socialization, signaling, and selection. On the other hand, students those who don’t have these networks have trouble of job matching by contrast.
