抄録

The advancement in information and communication technology made the shift from the industrial society to the network society possible. The societal change also calls for changes on the structure of various organizations. This paper proposes a telework-based organizational strategic model that will help organizations to fit to the new society. The proposed model is based on symbiosis phenomenon in nature and consists of four patterns. Each pattern is expressed as an organizational model. This paper also shows the co-evolution of a telework-based organization, i.e., transition from the traditional hierarchical organizational model to the more flexible organizational.
