Abstract
This paper is an analysis based on survey data regarding the actual conditions of how SOHO business operators work and the awareness of SOHO aspirants toward business operations. From the consideration of the analysis, two support measures were elicited for SOHO business operators: "to supply work continuously" and "to provide information and opportunities to improve their skills." Thus, this paper can be a basis to demonstrate that business-savvy SOHO agents are needed to support SOHO business operators.
