Telework and SOHO of Middle Age

Abstract

The population of senior SOHO is growing. How does telework support the retired person to be senior SOHO? What is the problem of senior SOHO? In this paper, showing the model case of seior SOHOs who retired Japanese big company, I'll indicate the future vision of Japanese senior workers. Also I explain the importance of senior SOHO agent that have several functions for senior person, for example the job-matching-function, job-management-function, and educational function, etc.
