BIT Tele-Project Management System

Abstract

The Product Manufacturing in JAPAN is now facing with business process reengineering. The building of new business model on Tele-work is therefore a requisite that needs to be established by the Tele-work application. This paper outlines BIT Tele-Project Management System and introduces the business model organized by senior engineer, carrier lady, and related group company. Actual project based on this system is also introduced as application examples, which is the development of engineering document database.
