Abstract
The framework of the SOHO CITY MITAKA was actually started in December, 1998 as a demonstration experiment by cumulative 9 SOHOs at a SOHO pilot office. As of March, 2010, 115 offices have cumulated in 8 public and private official facilities in the city. It was verified by the experiment in 12 years that businesses and employments have been created by the cumulation of SOHO businesses. The municipal government has supported them offering office rooms with sufficient telecommunication infrastructure suitable for SOHOs as hardware and consulting services for founding and managing businesses as software from the beginning. Based on the experience during past 12 years, we make a suggestion to the new community to introduce organized advisors on founding and management by proven SOHO presidents, attempting further progress of cumulation of SOHO businesses. And describe the image of the second stage.
