Abstract
An Ultra- or Meta-Realistic Telework Communication System is one which allows people outside the main office to experience exactly the same emotional environment as those physically present. This system is under development now. In this study, I interviewed worker who use this system, using PAC analysis method. PAC analysis is a method which is based on personal construct theory in mental model approach. They were asked the image and the impression concerning the teleworking. In this method, it was requested them to evaluate a resemblance degree between the images. Cluster analysis was carried out as data by an evaluation of the similarity. As a result, it suggested that worker can guess whether he can talk with co-worker of the distant place was very important from the point of view of their prospect for work.
