Abstract
People's attitudes toward telework will affect the adoption and implement of this new working style, however there were less researches focus on the attitudes toward telework in China. Therefore, this paper is aim to investigate Chinese people's attitudes toward telework through a succession of surveys. The results show that most of the Chinese people positive to telework and consider that it is more efficient and productive than the conventional office-based work as well. This research may help companies being adopting, making or adjusting suitable policies of telework to recruit or attract to newcomers and avoid or reduce staff turnover. This research also provides the first step for the study on legitimacy and applicability of telework in China.
