Abstract
This Paper describes an application of WEB DIARY SYSTEM to build the CAI system whose basic function is to gather the knowledge chips (keywords) and to cluster them to a some higher class knowledge, such as a paragraph of sentences or a some problem. The developed system, especially this time, is aimed to support the self learning of students who applies to the qualifying examination for SYSTEM ADDMINISTRATOR on anytime and at anywhere. It is concluded that, generalizing the learning subject to several fields such as related to medicine, the methodology and the technology using XML introduced here will be very important to build the new stile CAI system using Web, including dynamical acquisition of the learning state for the students or each of the students.
