Abstract
This Paper describes a concept for WEB Crawler to support the research work. The developed system using WEB and XML technology, based on the concept, have the functions to collect dynamically the knowledge chips (keywords) extracted from the several kinds of files on the Web and to distribute the higher order knowledge chips classifying and clustering them to the Web. Furthermore, the system includes a kind of internal state (analogy of human brain) constructed by a set of the keywords dynamically changing in time. Monitoring the internal state, the new ideas and actions are suggested for approaching to the research target. How to activate the work by the state and the usefulness of the system are explained with the practical examples.
