Abstract
In order to clarify the true reason of the reduction of the population in Japan, we should observe the modern society from the point of view of designing medical technology, which will tell the future of human being. In this paper, we use both methods, one is a inductive way constructing a model from data, the other is inductive way hypothesizing a model and checking it. We propose a method by which we draft new polices on the basis of the results given by both ways.
