Abstract
The Heart rate variability (HRV) for five healthy human was measured by under the conditions of simultaneous listening to wind band music, which is "Sports Show March", composed by Yuji Koseki. After listening to wind band music, the average of coefficient of variance in HRV (CV-RR) value was larger than before that. On the other hand, components of low frequency (LF; 0.04-0.15Hz) and high frequency (HF; 0.15-0.40Hz) were obtained from analysis of power spectrum in HRV by FFT. LF value and LF/HF ratio were decreased during the listening to wind band music.
