Abstract

The threshold test for the odor of biacetyl and acetic acid solutions was made by the method desccribed in the former report.
The results are shown in Table 1 for biacetyl solutions, and in Table 2 for acetic acid solutions.
It seems that we hane moi e sharp sensibility for the odor than for the taste.
