Abstract
One of the most important factors for a project success is the precise cost estimation. Project Manager (PM) has a responsibility to lead the project success within the estimated cost. The labor cost for PM is a part of total project cost. There is no exact way to estimate the project management cost currently, so many of PM are estimating the project management cost using previous project experiences and those project data. When a PM has several projects at a time, he needs to shear his time to manage those projects. If there is less estimation for the work load of project management, his work load will reach to over 100% and he can't handle his all project correctly. In this paper I will propose the way to estimate the PM work load using the existing data which can be prepared during the estimation phase. By this technique, we can estimate the precise work load for PM in estimation phase.
