Abstract

We analyzed flow-mediated dilation (FMD) for 33 patients with the lower limb venous stasis. The median CEAP classification was that C1 (4.2%), C2 (3.7%), C3 (4.3%), C4 (3.3%) and C6 (2.4%). And FMD value decreased significantly C4–6 group than C1–3 group (p=0.035). There was not significant relationship between FMD value and atherosclerotic risk factors. Lower limb venous stasis may be associated with the impaired vascular endothelial function.
