The embroidery UHF RFID tag has been applied to a kindergarten school uniform. To design the tag antenna with the electro-thread, the resistance and conductivity of the electro-thread has been measured depending on the thickness of the thread. The ten twisted thread has been used for designing a dipole type tag antenna design since it gives low enough resistance value to form an antenna. A kindergarten logo shape and a Korean character shape RFID tags has been designed. The characteristics of the tags and the reading distance of tag have been measured.
