Evaluation of project is important in order to avoid huge loss in the electric power business. The NPV method, which is now a general method, is easy to understand and easy to use, but it can’t reflect attitudes toward investors' risk. The UNPV method is the project evaluation methods taking risks into consideration. RSVM is one of UNPV method when exponential function is used as utility function. We evaluate using this method and verify its characteristics. Based on the evaluation, the correlation between investment scale and annual average wind speed is discussed.
