多様な細胞形状への細胞検出

抄録

Cell detection in microscopy images is essential for understanding cell behavior analysis in biology research. However, the problem is so that performance of cell detection depends on the various shapes of cells in different culture conditions and cell types. Moreover, creating a detection model for each cell is time-consuming. To solve this problem, we propose a deep learning model that detects cells with various shapes on different experimental conditions by implementing base CNN models for representative cell shapes. This method will be able to be used to detect large amounts of cell data in a short effort.
