Non Intrusive Load Monitoring (NILM) is an approach to estimate the consumption of individual appliances from total power in the house. In the conventional method, a model is created for each appliance from the aggregation data. However, the interrelationships between appliances have not been learned. In this paper, a multi-outputs Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) is proposed, which estimates the energy consumption of individual appliances as well as the aggregation of these individual appliances.
