AIの性能と信頼度の提示が人の意思決定に与える影響

We investigated whether our decisions were affected by the accuracy of the AI used and the form of feedback. Ten participants evaluated whether facial images were real or fake under four conditions, namely, with suggestions given by a high or low accuracy AI and with or without the AI confidence level provided. The results suggest that relative to when no confidence level information was provided, the participants' decisions tend to follow AI suggestions when the suggestions came from a high accuracy AI but would trust their own judgements when the suggestions came from a low accuracy AI.
