短時間での活性炭作製に向けた廃棄物へのCO2レーザー照射による炭化実験と表面観察

The activated carbon used for the electrodes of electric double layer capacitors has problems such as long production times and high running costs. The use of a CO2 laser in the production process is expected to solve these problems. In this study, laser irradiation experiments were conducted on paper-plastic composite film and shochu waste using a short-pulse CO2 laser. The samples were fixed, and the effects on the sample surfaces were observed by changing the number of pulses, irradiation distance, and irradiation diameter. As the result, it was confirmed that several samples were carbonized.
