抄録
The oxygen content y was measured in the superconductive ceramic Er1Ba2Cu3Oy quenched at several temperatures. In the quenching process at 950°C the oxygen content went down from 6.85 to 6.24. The critical temperature where oxygen fugacity starts was about 500°C. The superconductive transition temperature was strongly affected by the oxygen content. In those results, no essential difference could be found between Er1Ba2Cu3Oy and Y1Ba2Cu3Oy systems.
