The characteristics of each tiller are affected by the tillering structure of the individual plant. For the comparison among treatments, we developed a computer program written in Logo to illustrate the tillering structure of rice plant. This program works on Mac OS X 10.5 and higher environment. It is authorized as ‘program created on duty’ of NARO, available after the prescribed procedure with NARO Collaboration and Public Relations Center (TEL: +81-29-838-8641).
