Pulmonary arterial hypertension with congenital heart disease can adversely affect patient prognosis. Currently, several therapeutic options are available for pulmonary hypertension or pulmonary obstructive disease. We provide an algorithm for the management of pulmonary hypertension with systolic to pulmonary shunt or single ventricle congenital heart anomaly.
