We synthesized several organo-arsenic compounds for analytical standard. Recently deposited organo-arsenic acid was found out from several ground water and/or soil in Japan. These compounds have been identified as diphenylarsinic acid and phenylarsonic acid. So to estimate this contamination intimately, Synthesis of internal standards for analyzes were needed.
Already we reported the synthesis of several compounds for analytical standards, diarylarsinic acids and diphenylarsinic acid-d10 on Applied Organometallic Chemistry (Nakamiya, et al., 19, 282-286 (2005)). In this study, arylarsonic acids and its stable isotope derivertives and bis (diphenylarine) oxide were synthesized. Furthermore, 2-chlrovinylarsonic acid, degradation product of lewisite was synthesized. We described the use of it on gas chromatography/mass spectrometry (GC/MS).
