The methodology is one of the most pressing matters for advancing "Environmental Physics". Studying the essence of life phenomena shows us that a reductionistic approach for one place is not enough at all and it might be even worse for solving environmental problems. On the contrary, it is also very important to find emergence patterns which recognized by the same ecological studies about many other places (or many other past periods in the same place). Both of these methods, the reductionistic approach within one place and finding emergence patterns out of many places including that place, are important and complement for us to solve today's environmental problems on earth.
