In this study, we evaluate agricultural public investment projects from the 1990s to the 2010s, focusing on the development of policy and budgetary measures. In the 1990s, the scope of the agricultural policy was expanded to food, agriculture and development of rural areas. In the 2000s, the policy for rural areas was developed steadily. In the 2010s, when the regime changed twice, rural development projects were reduced in relation to the expansion of agricultural public investment projects, followed by agricultural public investment projects inclined from projects for basic infrastructure to projects for strengthening competitiveness.
