The present paper contains the archeomagnetic results for the inclination of ancient magnetic field in Bulgaria. An amplitude of nearly 14° and a period between 700-900 years for the secular variation of the inclination are obtained. The methods and apparatus used are described. Two examples of application of Thellier's method are given.
