Abstract
A questionnaire method was used to know the opinions of fathers and children about occupation in modern society. In this paper the communication between father and child about child's education and occupation, their opinions about occupation in general and their views of home were studied.
The samples were the same as in the first report of this series of studies and the effective number of sample pairs of father and child was 750.
The results show that, in general, many fathers and children talk about children's education and occupation once in a while, but few fathers make efforts to pursue their children to obey their opinions. Many children more concern themselves with their homes than their fathers do.
