Abstract
The author underwent an operation on his deviation of nasal septum for the neurosis of nasal origin 50 years ago. He was just No.3 patient in the clinic of the late famous Prof. Dr. Ino. kubo, who had studied at Prof. Killian's clinic (the originator of Killian's operation for deviation of nasal septum). Since that time, the author's obstruction, asthma, palpitation, labored breathing, and abnormal sensation in sleep have disappeared.
