A 42 years old woman was found to have a primary cancroid of the right external auditory canal, the incision of abscess from the posterior wall of the auricle and mastoidectomy had been performed. Thereafter X-ray therapy had been given. The patient, meanwhile, died after metastases being extended to the right palate area.
