Abstract
In the otorhinolaryngological field, fatigue is often one weighty factor of the causes of acute external otitis, acute middle ear catarrh, eczema of the external ear, labyrinthine deafness, rhinitis anterior sicca, acute stomatitis, acute tonsillitis, acute pharyngitis, acute laryngitis, etc.
The author reports three cases;
1) stomatitis aphthosa, man aged 17; 2) acute laryngitis, man aged 38; and 3) acute middle ear catarrh, woman aged 71, where fatigue is perhaps a major factor of the causes of those diseases. It is emphasized that the physicians should give their mind to fatigue in the treatment of those diseases.
