Abstract
A case of neurinoma in 28-year-old house wife with right nasal obstruction is reported.
Anterior rhinoscopy of the patient revealed a reddish mass of the fore-finger size in the right middle nasal meatus. X-ray of the nose and paranasal sinuses showed a hasy soft tissue shadow occupying the whole of the nasal cavity and maxillary antrum on the right side. The tumor was removed with Denker's partial resection tecknique. Histological examination revealed a neurinoma of a mixture of Antoni A. type and Antoni B. type. The case showed good postoperative course and no signs of reccurence for 16 months.
