Giant buccal mass which was found in 57-year-old female was surgically removed. Histopathological examination showed that the tumor was lobulated and was composed of lymphoid tissue with distinct follicular architecture without clear appearance of peripheral and medullary sinuses.
Giant lypmhoid mass is usually found in thorax and very few in head and neck region. Complete surgical excision is the best treatment, but it is important to differentiate it from the malignant lymphoma.
