The authors performed two operations of extirpation of the tumor of epipharynx by the palate method (T-shape incision), and report the method and its merits. Case 1: 14-year-old boy; Fibroma of epipharynx that had relapsed 3 times, was extirpated successfully. Case 2: 57-year-old man; The inoperable cancer of epipharynx was successfully extirpated, but the cancer relapsed.
