Beclomethasone Diplopinate Nasal Spray (BDN) was administered to 21 patients with nasal allergy. It was given in the daily dose amount within 400μg during 2 to 12 weeks. Changes of plasma cortisol levels, analyzed before and after administration, were within normal ranges.
